What we can record

Documentation is agreed with the scope. It describes the cleaning work performed; it does not convert cleaning into laboratory testing or formal certification.
Site and scope
Property, service area, substrate, access notes, agreed exclusions, and selected treatment.
Condition evidence
Before-and-after photos can record visible condition and the result of completed cleaning work.
Work completed
A service record can identify attendance, areas treated, equipment used, and agreed process details.
Follow-up actions
Observed damage, remaining risks, maintenance recommendations, or referrals for specialist assessment.

Testing and certification require qualified specialists.
A cleaning service record is not a slip-resistance classification, microbiological test, safety certification, or accreditation decision. Where your site requires one, appoint an appropriately qualified independent provider and tell us what cleaning records they need.
Our equipment produces dry steam at up to 180°C. Treatment effectiveness varies with contact temperature, dwell time, technique, surface condition, and substrate. We do not apply a universal pathogen kill-rate percentage to every site or service.
Cleaning can remove contamination and embedded soil from a floor, but only a formal test by a competent provider can classify slip resistance or confirm a standard has been met.
