Equipment features

What the specifications mean in practice.

  1. 01

    Low-moisture output

The listed steam quality is 94%, reducing liquid water compared with conventional wet-steam output.

  2. 02

    Chemical-free treatment option

Heat and mechanical action can be used without cleaning chemicals where the substrate and service objective support it.

  3. 03

    Detail attachments

Attachments direct steam into edges, joints, textured details, and other areas selected during the site assessment.

  4. 04

    Controlled water use

The listed equipment consumption is 1.5 litres per hour during operation.

  5. 05

    Continuous pressure

The system is specified for continuous output at 8 bar, subject to setup and operating conditions.

  6. 06

    Evidence boundary

Equipment specifications describe machine output. They do not establish a universal pathogen percentage for every surface or service.

Treatment variables

The surface receives the treatment, not the specification sheet.

Any performance claim must account for actual contact conditions and use evidence suited to the decision being made.

  1. 01

    Contact temperature

Nozzle output and the temperature reached at the surface are different measurements.

  2. 02

    Contact time

Pass speed, overlap, attachment, and operator technique change exposure.

  3. 03

    Substrate

Porosity, texture, heat sensitivity, seams, and geometry affect method and access.

  4. 04

    Soil and preparation

Organic soil, residue, and moisture can change heat transfer and must be addressed in the process.

Where it can be used

Applications depend on the site and substrate.

We assess heat sensitivity, access, operational controls, and cleaning objectives before including dry steam in a scope.

How does 180°C dry steam treat surfaces?

TechnoVap produces dry steam at up to 180°C at the nozzle. Heat, moisture, pressure, and attachment action can loosen soil and treat suitable detailed surfaces without cleaning chemicals. Actual surface temperature and effectiveness depend on distance, contact time, technique, substrate, soil, and access, so Bonza Clean does not apply one universal pathogen percentage to every service.
